New Apple ads focus on support, TCO

It's a great ad because...

...anyone who HAS had to deal with telephone support has had EXACTLY that experience, and will relate to it. Those of us in the IT world who do most of our own support will chuckle or shake our heads; it won't affect us that much. We already know what we like. However, those who are not techno-savvy will view this and realize you do get what you pay for. I think it's a winner.
