More like testers. I think Apple wants people to try this out but not the masses. I am one of those sellers and if you look a bit harder you will find the prices range from Free to $40.
Jason, alot of people want to try the OS and will pay a couple of dollars to do that or more if they are like you and are too lazy to google, going straight to ebay.
