The new Mac minis are also good for graphics people as they now
have a reasonable graphics chip.

Many graphics people, photo editors etc. are fussy with their monitors
and would like to use their monitor of choice (some graphics people
have complained about the quality of the old 20 inch imac for serious
graphics). And for many tasks except maybe 3D Mac Pros are overkill,
photoshop for example mainly doesn't utilize multi-core.

Mac Minis today have the horsepower of Mac Pros of a few years ago
and the requirements for Photoshop, illustrator etc. hasn't increased
much.

With firewire included and if they boost up their ram graphics shops
would buy these in addition to add to their higher end computers and
serious amateurs would use them at home with their preferred
monitors.
