Your 16 GB SSD did NOT format down to 14.3 GB.

Every time you and those like you continue to be oblivious to the fact
that 10^9 does NOT equal 2^30, you continue to loudly proclaim
yourselves ignorant idiots.

So, let me, once again, try to educate you.

Your 16 x 10^9 byte SSD formats to about 15.4 x 10^9 bytes.

OR

your 14.9 x 2^30 SSD formats to 14.3 x 2^30 bytes.

May I recommend a high school physics class where you actually learn
about units of measurement. Consider it an investment in not looking
like a fool when you talk about technology.
