I just find it hard to believe...
...that any company would ever resort to these kind of tactics to obtain an un-earned advantage. All companies always rely on quality. security, robustness and absolute lowest price with customer's needs always at the forefront.

I defy you to show me more than 800 public example of any popular software company using dirty tactics to get ahead. I dare you.
