Apple bans murderous comic

This is pretty bad stuff for general viewing.

I think Apple is correct in banning this stuff since it is fairly violent and children should not be seeing this stuff. I seen children with iPhones so IMHO don't want children get a hold of this stuff. Since Apple don't want to get into "control" the content for age appropriateness so they decided to ban it from their system which it I think is correct. In short, Apple doesn't want a lawsuit for having such violent content sold from Apple.
If they get content from other places then that is their parents/guardians problem.
