Do you all practice together?

Because your MS rants all sound the same. I love how you all paint marketshare as a measure of quality. But its just what it says it is...a measure of how much of the market your product holds.

You could have a point about developer tools for Apple. But his so called rant is actually a serious problem with MS and its the reason I have discouraged it in our shop. MS has a habit of making technology changes that render your platform useless if you intend to keep up with the latest. At first the IT guys here didn't understand my point but step by step they saw MS abandon or change a technology that would have caused us to make major changes and code rewrites. Even our software vendors are struggling to deal with it and it comes back on us in the form or akward or mixed system configurations where we would rather be common systems.

Maybe if the MS fans would put more pressure on MS to be consistent rather than trying to spin everything MS would make better products.
