First complaint
I love it when journalists state their opinions as absolute fact.

Seriously. The first complaint is that they can't sync their iPod
to more than one computer?

I know a dozen iPod owners and not one of them has ever
made that complaint to me.

So, my anecdotal evidence trumps yours.
