Decent Bonus
It's a decent bonus if you already have AT&T DSL, but I'm not going to switch to a slower service to get access at Starbucks/McDonalds for free. The airport service is much more valuable for travellers, for sure.

Many people are already above a 3mb download speed at home, and I would guess most don't sit around Starbucks surfing. I wouldn't even check my email at Starbucks, it's much too easy to packet sniff in a public place and grab passwords.

There are security measures you can take, sure, but other than catching up on news, I'm not going to do much else publicly.

I obviously need a job blogging, you guys get free laptops to try out, you get to drink coffee and blog from Starbucks, and write 3 paragraphs a day and get paid. Sounds like a sweet gig.
