How do you know?
It's a completely new chip in a different form factor with a different battery,
so what makes you think you have any idea about the "lap heat" it will
generate. Just for fun, take yourself over to an Apple store and try one out.
You can always wear a disguise if you don't want your friends to see you
there. Go ahead, check it out, get some facts before you blast...

By the way, another Wow is that Intel custom-designed this chip for little old
Apple.
