When it comes to failure...
failure is failure. If your Nokia N95 breaks, you'll have to take it to a vendor.
Hopefully, you'd have good service there, too.

When you do your 'hard reset' routine, can you do that with one hand? You say
you've had to do it several times; does it get easier?

Do you have data showing that the MTBF of mechanical buttons is greater than that
of touch screens?
