Happy Mac's
I have had a MacBook Pro since 7/06. Prior to that I was a PC user for life and thought little of Mac's. I've had a hiccup with the RAM when I bought it and experienced an overheating issue; however, I just walked into the local MacStore and they replaced the RAM and fixed the heating issue immediately at no charge. I can't say the same for Dell, Gateway, or Compaq PC's that I owned - let alone the dismal performance and security issues of Microsoft. I managed to convince a family member to get a Mac as well who is a director at a fortune 5 software firm. He's made teh leap pretty well and is happy.

I think Apple is in a transition phase right now and needs to seriously rethink its QA approach to assure that these "inconveniences" don't become epidemic and gain a momnetum of their own.
