- Verizon also has a USB 2.0 EVDO modem now
-
I've had an EVDO modem for more than 2 years, having jumped on the first card
available from Verizon when they rolled out service in Milwaukee. They now have a
USB 2.0 modem available, which I've been contemplating. In addition to that there is
a V740 Express Card coming which supports Rev A, I would think people would want
to hold off on buying a card until that one is available next month. There is also an
adapter that allows you to use an Express Card in a PCMCIA slot, like the one on my
17" PowerBook. - Posted by: CoolCat312 Posted on: 03/15/07 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
