Vista working in one weekend?
I suppose if Microsoft ran the airlines people would be happy even though "it took the better part of the weekend" to board the plane because the flight attendants kept yelling at them and telling them that they had to go buy a different color of luggage. After watching the Mac v. PC debate for the last 20 years, I think it comes down to the fact that the PC makes people feel smart and like they've accomplished something when they have done the most basic of tasks, e.g.:

"Hey, I got Vista installed in only one weekend. I see you've been working on it for three weeks and still get 'This driver is blocked due to compatibility issues' errors, you can't print from campus and you can't get VPN to work. Don't feel bad. That Mac guy over there is an idiot. He couldn't get Vista installed in a year. All he knows how to do is insert a disk and click a button."
