Enterprise mashups

I would add, both as a category in its own
right and as an enabler of the other trends
you've identified:

Enterprise mashups: Emerging as a low cost and
easy (but safe and governed) approach to
combining ?useful bits? of applications to
give people the right information at the right
time to do their jobs efficiently. Mashups
allow structured applications such as CRM to be
combined with each other and with unstructured
resources from across the enterprise and web to
cut process costs, accelerate innovation and
respond to end user demands.
