If you use the Cloud, expect rain.
Why would anyone use Google when they could set up their own collaboration cloud for the price of a decent PC - one with no software costs.

Zimbra on a Linux PC is a great collaboration suite. E-mail, documents, spread sheets, calendaring, briefcase, instant messaging, all sharable.

Third party cloud providers' networks are too big to be managed efficiently. And they don't really care about you as an individual or company.

Unless you don't have the skill to setup a server, and some don't and that's ok, not doing the cloud yourself is a problem waiting to happen.
