Questions:

1. What did McGinn say about the ongoing costs, both of the
NS licensing and maintaining the customizations? Those are
important metrics given what I've been consistently hearing
from the user community about year 2+3 escalating costs.

2. What was the basis for comparison between the $200K
and 'millions' given the implied installed cost on these
numbers is $4.4K per seat?
