What's the process for creating an SLA when you use cloud infrastructure?
Phil - this is really interesting on many levels, but one of the things I am wondering is how does a SaaS application provider put together an SLA for clients when they use the cloud infrastructure? I would love to read a column to this effect. Thanks - Tom
