centralization risks
Phil, Excellent post - much food for thought. I actually agree that there are dangers in
too much centralization of the computing grid, though I think that, for economic
reasons, we're going to see considerably more centralization for the foreseeable future
(though far from total centralization). I need to correct one fact in your post, which I'm
sure comes from ambiguity in my own post: I wasn't at the dinner what Bapat made
his prediction but rather was drawing on reports from attendees. Nick
