SaaS
I see that we agree on a few things even though the post makes it seem we completed disagree. For instance,"During the transition period, it?s often right for them, as Anshu suggests, to ?adopt a range of delivery model options to fit the customers need and economics of their particular business.? I myself give similar advice. But they mustn?t be allowed to fool themselves into thinking that?s all they need to do. SaaS is a journey, and the destination is a shared services, multi-tenant model (plus a lot more besides)."

We also agree that the SaaS numbers quoted widely include a range of SaaS delivery options. Although, you appear to wish they weren't.

Finally, I do think that multi-tenancy is a very useful architecture and has several benefits - I just don't think that it is how all SaaS applications will look like any time soon.

[Also note that my blog and opinions expressed on it are my personal views and not my employer's.]
