Simplicity will play a big role in how long CRM stays popular
Working with Hosted CRM applications the way I see CRM companies succeeding is to build simplicity into their systems. I look at Salesforce.com's interphase and think a rocket scientist could not decipher the functionalites available. Whatever happened to Outlook's one bucket approach? I think a re-focus should occur in the CRM world and that refocus should concerned with simplicity and usability. Without it, it's no wonder more than half of CRM implementations fail.
