Sounds nice, but ...
MS is legendary for buying a software co. then:

1. Burying it in the beauracy
2. Intergrating it poorly, very poorly
3. renaming the product and stripping functionality
4. Improving the product until it is incompatible with itself
5. Buying to kill, if it sees an emerging technology which somehow threatens them or helps any competetors

In any case don't look for much from this!
