Geez I'm not scared of some stuck in the 70's goggle eyed half-wit! I don't blog to the world about how wrong SCO is or how Groklaw is great but you do blog about all sorts of twaddle. So you should bet your blog on this. I get to decide my spoils should my side win and I mean final victory the very end of this case.
If giving up your blog is too much than you should consider using your real name RUDY DE HAAS! and drop this Paul Murphy nonsense. Although outside of Holland Paul Murphy does not sound as silly and besides you are not doing any favours to the many legitimate Paul Murphy's out there you owe them an apology!
It's nice to dictate the terms of your victory but not the terms of the other sides. Since when does the looser dictate the winners terms??
Why should you not apologise for also being an arrogant bigot twat! No That is too easy. On top of that I can't say I am sorry for making a (any) comment towards you because I am not. I cannot say retrospectively that I did not mean it because I did.
I suggest that if the anti-SCO mob win you have to stop this zdnet blog because you have not the professionalism or competence to justify your existence. Perhaps if the anti-SCO mob loose than we have to vow never to comment on your blog again.

I am not interested in the "appeal court's response" I am interested in final definite victory not any interpretation of where a legal decision at this point in time puts us.
