could you run the Vista upgrade advisor? It is located here:

And then post the results of that report here?

The tool is really super easy to run. It will scan your computer and devices and report which software and devices will have issues with Vista.

So far all you listed is a number of abstract references to devices. With all these issues you are the most unlucky guy I have ever heard of. Still, if you have such problems you should probably not upgrade to Vista or '7 unless there's compelling reasons for doing so (a compelling reason could be security).
