I can't believe you would try to blame...
IT failures on anyone other than IT staff. You sound like someone who isn't man enough to suck it up and take the blame for your own short comings. Blaming top executives for your failures is simply making excuses.

The only people responsible for IT is the IT personnel. Instead of harping on the failures, caused by incompetent IT personnel, one could look at all of the great successes perpetrated by competent personnel. Personnel that stepped up to the plate and did what was required and succeeded. The last thing they did was cry to their mommies' trying to blame someone else. "It wasn't my fault mommy, Billy made me do it."
