Lose the rhetoric = better article
You started out strong, but you lose everyone when you slide into what appears to be a vendetta against CIPS. What does "their Windows only website and addiction to hiding important email in floods of junk" have to do with business continuity? Personal agenda aside, you've touched on some important, albeit mostly obvious, points. I will concede that most DR plans will be derailed by an obvious flaw.
