I often look at the headline of an article (and blogs) read the article and wonder, how did the headline match the article?

The desire to report the FACTS by first verifying them, and then reporting them in an unbiased manner seems to have died off.

Hate to say this but,,, there is only one person to blame, the guy wearing the Editor's Hat. He sets the standards all others live by. Can you hear me Mr. Berlind?
