When did it become Sears?
I thought it was Simpsons in Canada (I'm probably dating myself . . .).

In any event after the pilfering of Kmart, Sears was the beneficiary of excess Kmart talent - maybe even their call centers. These people are very aware of how easily their jobs can be cut - so they do a good job.

Speaking of Canadian telcos, care to comment on Nortel and M$?
