UncleBunny's flaw
As a waiter/waitress, host/hostess, etc. at UncleBunny's I'm likely to be measured on how happy I make my customers, especially personal touches.

Now, I've just spent 15 minutes talking to a customer and garned all sorts of little trivia about him and his wife. This enables me to better build a rapport with him, which makes him order more drinks, which makes me more money and makes me a star employee.

Now, my personal knowledge of this customer gives me a competitive advantage over my coworkers. Why exactly would I go faithfully enter that into a computer? Such a task takes up valuable time I could spend with other customers, and lessens my advantage over them. Besides, last week the computer told me someone liked "whiskey," I brought them a Jack Daniels, and it turned out they only drink single malt scotch. And what do I care if my customers get good service on the other side of the country? Forget it, data entry is for people in cubicles. I'm above such things.

----------

Actually, most people in cubicles think they're above data entry for the sake of data sharing as well.

If you're going to require a skilled worker to provide an input, then you better do something with it that is useful to the skilled worker. No one really cares that that extra piece of data will help some consultant run some mystical statistical analysis that will somehow save the company millions.
