Not getting it
People like Anton (there are many) just don't understand the power of open source. Never mind the myriad of examples of no-nothing software becomming world leaders (LAMP). "Give and you shall receive", has never been embraced by so-called "religious" big-business, republican demogogs. Never mind that this was the main point that Jesus tried to convey!

Anywho, Anton disses the OSS movement since it represents a threat to his traditional software development career. His attitude is no different than the UAW (U aint workin) with Delphi. Times change, and what you were doing before just doesn't pay so well anymore. You could shout and throw tantrums (like the UAW), or you can see this as an opportunity to grow and prosper. Its really too bad that a monopolistic software giant kept prices high - and thus developers salaries high, when the rest of the world was looking to save money. Wallmart is bigger than M$ - why? Because there's LOTS of money in lowering prices . . .
