So you're predicting another losing quarter for Sun.
Businesses seem to have templates for purchases. A high cost to us as individuals can appear an insignificant amount as a cost of doing business.

Consider, please, the assertion: competition is not primarily about price or performance, but over being considered the ordinary, acceptable solution. Mindshare.

This is not true in every case, particularly depending on who makes the purchase decisions, and Sun might still regain being considered a competitive vendor.
But given the current financial results and current offerings, can you argue that merely having a better product is a promising sign?
