Personal Accountability
as long as people can think and act as though their conduct on the internet is shrouded in anonomity.

Until each of us takes full responsibility for what we do and operates with the knowledge that our 'unique' verifiable identities can be obtained readily, the carnage will continue and broaden.

A method whereby each person using the internet receives a license and fingerprinted electronic identity before entering an access point should be considered as a means to track activites down to a single endpoint and individual, locally, nationally, and globally.

That's a big nut to crack, but we drive cars with license plates (wan ip) but carry a driver's license do we not?

Food for thought?
