- Russian Hackers - Russian Submarines (clearly a msg is being sent)

More concerned about Russian Cyber thieves at the present time than Russian Submarines (recent events).
Seems there are both Russian government and non-government actors.--- They are compromising computers around the world (India, South America, Africa,...) that have weak security and are using those platforms as launch points against their US targets.
