This guy was biased
And the court had to stretch SEVERELY to find that he wasn't biased. It would be like a judge who had massive amounts of oil stocks judging a case involving the company that he had oil stocks in.... it's a TOTALLY OBVIOUS BIAS!

This is going to be appealed again, I am almost CERTAIN of that.
