The FCC is a little too late in the game. Yes, locking devices with plans
impairs innovation. Isn't it obvious? Mobile networks in the U.S. are now
years behind Europe and Asia. Many features the iPhone can do were
crippled because of the exclusive agreement, and it has to be jailbroken
