- What a huge waste of money
- I cannot believe that the state of Mississippi spent the $ necessary to get some of it's residents a few dollars refund. We'll never know but I bet after factoring in the cost per taxpayer for the lawyers fees that it's the lawyers who were the only winners in this fight.
