Well, I'll be danged; you don't suppose common sense and reality really exist in this case do you? I'll play Missourian and believe it when I see it, but the news is encouraging at least. Jeez, it even almost smacks of something pro-active, a phrase seldom ever associated with anything government.
But I'll believe it when I see it.
