If it were me and I found out my site or product was being used for illegal or immoral ends...

I'd be horrified and take whatever action I could to prevent it's further abuse.

Apparently the money is just too good for Craig's List to offended by the exploitation of their resource.

Yeah, maybe there is a 1st amendment issue involved with a State Attorney General wanting to go after Craig's List.

But, there are issues of being an Accessory before the fact.

And, it appears that after numerous warnings...

Ignorance *really* isn't an excuse anymore.
