Tech Advisor at State Department
As the Director of the Center for Technology in Government and veteran of over a dozen IT projects in developing countries, I'm delighted to see this new appointment. Ross's resume looks strong and there's much work to be done in the use of IT in guiding development projects, as well as the larger field of diplomacy. Smart power requires smart IT. Good luck Ross.
