Curious decision
I too cannot see the rationale behind this decision. One suspects Sir Cliff will have another hit soon: 'most downloaded torrent of 2009'.

On another issue: be interested to hear your comments on Psystar's v Apple and the judge's reference to 'abuse of copyright via illegal tying'. Seems to fit the bill perfectly: enforced hardware purchase for a software item which will easily run elsewhere. What is the case law here?

Of course disentangling OSX from standard PC hardware will be as monumentally difficult a task as dis-integrating IE from Windows wink
