The Chinese government is death scared...
they realize the overpopulation problem is the biggest threat facing their power struggles in that country. Chairman Mao made the big mistake of promoting high population during his reign and now it is back-firing on them.

They mistakenly equate porn with a possible increase in population; what ignoramuses!

The west has already reached ZPG(Zero Population Growth), despite having a very loose morality on sex. The only growth the US has is from immigration. The heads of the party are just plain ignorant.
