He has always voted against anything NASA
His original plans were to cancel every mayor project at NASA.

Then he changed his stand the same day he visited Florida to give a speech near Kennedy Space Center. Then and only then he was pro-NASA.

His record speaks for himself. He has always being against space exploration ... except when claiming he was "inspired" was good for his political image.
