I am sorry, but that verdict was bull and it will and MUST be overturned.
Yet another instance of prosecutors grasping at straws. yes, people wanted to see this chick do some time for bullying this girl verbally... but doesnt what they are doing amount to the same.. but with actual consequences?

This girl committed suicide. She killed herself. I dont know how else anyone can state this... there is a reason its called suicide.

1. This girl didnt have to get involved with this ficticous boy.
2. The parents didnt monitor the situation.
3. She committed suicide.
4. Free speech.. does protect this woman. As hateful as the words were.. words dont kill.. hence why our fore fathers gave us free speech.
