WHAT IDIOCY - the wasteful spending begins
The point of having electric car/hybrids like the volt is the ability to charge at home and/or use gas to charge your car if not able to get to an outlet.

Why waste a billion on infrastructure when its not needed! Oh I forgot, the democrats are in office so wasteful spending on politically correctness outweighs actual utility! That and they get to fill the bank accounts of their friends with earmarks for such ridiculous projects.

I'm so sick of politicians that are blatant idiots! Can we take them all outback and shoot them? Please!!
