Connected? What does that MEAN?

I personally laud a "connected president" although I've seen dismal evidence that such is the actual case.

And, should he decide to send me UCE/UBE, he will be treated as any other spammer and reported. IF he's connected, he won't do that because he'll know he's spamming. If he does that, he's not "connected"; he's no different than any other spammer in that regard.

So, let's hope being a "connected president" means he understands the net and its nuances and isn't just another ignorant user. Let's hope he put his knowledge to use rather than PR and pushing his views on an unsuspecting recipient. Besides, his doing anything lke that would only result in a lot more spam. Think about it.
