Only in the USA
a judge will ever considere any case submited by an obviously openly criminal organisation such as the RIAA or MPAA. Those criminal cartels have lost all credibility of any kind and offer no value to any one execept judge(s) who like to show the world how easy it is in the gold old USA to buy them...

There is only on right thing to do: Shutdown the RIAA and MPAA and fine multi-bilions $ its members for destorying innocent american lives.

The RIAA/MPAA have destoy more human lives and families then any other terrorist organisation ever did and yet the Amercian puppet goverment let the RIAA/MPAA comit crimes on a daily basis.

The department of homeland security should not be searching some servers for bootleg copy of Star Wars, it whould raid the offices of KNOWN criminal organisation such as the RIAA and MPAA. they might be surpised at what they find...
