Some are more equal than others
No real shock here; YouTube's fundamental mistake is failing to distinguish between the Ruling Class and mere proles. After all, Congress exempted itself from many other laws and the lack of an exemption for John McCain in the copyright statutes was obviously either an oversight or a malicious attempt by his enemies to undermine him.
