Without going into too much detail I can safely say that DVD X COPY is not the only product in this marketplace. I can understand to a certain extent the wish to impose stricter digital rights management. What the court must ask itself is: are the plaintive in this case remitting a portion of their profits to the creators of the content? Recall that the last strike against the studios was because the content creators themselves felt the studios were being unfair. Seems to me that the studios are speaking out of both sides of their mouth.
