A waste of her time and money.
Is this video so important to her that she can't just repost it every time it gets taken down but has to have it up there forever?

She's wasting her time and money, and the court's time unless she gets together with a few thousand other people who have the same complaint and makes it a class-action lawsuit. That way, at least the lawyers will win although nobody else will.
