This one gets me...
Will you seek to increase the H-1B cap so that employers can hire tech workers who are in low supply and high demand in the U.S.?

Mr. Meltzer forgot a word junior, as in junior tech workers. There is a shortage of junior tech workers, but not of experienced tech workers. Companies in my area fill tech positions with bodies, and they want them to be young and impressionable without their own opinions; and they rarely replace an experienced person with one of comparable experience. Google, while not located in my area, is a poster child for this although they treat their employees much better than most of the companies where I live.
